It depends on the cycle you choose. With monthly billing there is no commitment: you cancel whenever you like and the subscription ends at the end of your current subscription month. With annual billing you get 6 months free in exchange for a 12-month commitment, paid in a single payment and non-refundable. As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after subscribing, which you can exercise from your billing area, with a pro rata refund.
Yes, at the end of every period — every month with monthly billing, every year with annual billing. You can stop the renewal at any time from your account, in a few clicks: your access stays active until the end of the period already paid for and no further payment is taken.
You can move up to a higher plan at any time: the change takes effect immediately, as soon as the payment is made. Moving down to a lower plan is scheduled: you keep your current plan and quota until the end of the period already paid for, then the new plan applies. No pro rata refund is issued.
No, all our prices are transparent. No setup fees, no hidden costs. You only pay the displayed price for your plan.
Collection is never blocked: an exam that starts runs to the end, the grades are collected and the results stay accessible — the integrity of the exam comes first. Grades beyond your monthly quota are billed at 0.20€ excl. tax each, and settled on the following month's invoice: nothing is charged mid-cycle. You are warned at 80% of your quota, then again when the overage begins. And if you move up to a higher plan, the overage already used in the current cycle is cancelled.

Compliance of each processing operation rests with the institution, as data controller; we provide the settings and the documentation to stay within it.
