# Evalmee > Create, monitor and grade your exams 10x faster with AI. Complete solution for schools and universities. Evalmee is an online assessment platform for higher education and professional training. It covers the whole exam cycle in one tool: authoring the paper, distributing it to candidates, proctoring the session, grading — automatically for closed questions, AI-assisted for open ones — and analysing the results. Published by FD EDU, a French *société par actions simplifiée* registered in Évry under SIREN 884 027 079, VAT FR78884027079, registered office 3 rue Joliot-Curie, 91190 Gif-sur-Yvette, France. We use no US and no Asian region for exam data. The site is published in five languages: Français (`/fr/`), English (`/en/`), Español (Latinoamérica) (`/es/`), Español (España) (`/es-es/`), Italiano (`/it/`). The links below all point at the French pages, which are the reference version and the most complete. Two URL conventions matter when fetching these pages: - **Every URL ends with a trailing slash.** That is the form the site serves; without it the host answers a 308 redirect. - **The root `https://evalmee.com/` is a 307 redirect**, not a page: it picks a language from `Accept-Language`. Link to `/fr/` (or another language prefix) directly. **Every page below is also served as markdown.** Drop the trailing slash and append `.md`: `https://evalmee.com/fr/tarifs/` becomes `https://evalmee.com/fr/tarifs.md`, and each home page is `https://evalmee.com/fr/index.md`. Blog articles return their original markdown source. Every HTML page declares its twin through ``, and the markdown is generated from the same content the page renders — the two cannot disagree. The blog is available as a feed, one per language: `https://evalmee.com/fr/rss.xml`, `https://evalmee.com/en/rss.xml`, `https://evalmee.com/es/rss.xml`, `https://evalmee.com/es-es/rss.xml`, `https://evalmee.com/it/rss.xml`. Prices are deliberately absent from this file. The pricing page is the only authoritative source, and any figure copied here would go stale without warning. ## Start here - [Home](https://evalmee.com/fr/): what Evalmee does across the whole exam cycle, headline figures, customer institutions, testimonials and the general FAQ. - [Pricing](https://evalmee.com/fr/tarifs/): the Mini, Pro, Max and Organisation plans, what each includes, monthly or annual billing and the free trial. **The single authoritative source for any price — no figure is repeated in this file.** - [Security & GDPR](https://evalmee.com/fr/securite/): hosting in France (Scaleway, AWS eu-west-3), encryption in transit and at rest, infrastructure hardening, the AI policy, the sub-processor list and the DPA — plus how Evalmee maps onto CNIL délibération no. 2023-058 on remote exam proctoring, why it performs no facial recognition, and which certifications it does not hold. ## Product — the assessment cycle - [Product overview](https://evalmee.com/fr/produit/): the five stages of the assessment cycle and how they link together. - [Create exams](https://evalmee.com/fr/produit/creation-examen/): the ten question types — four closed and auto-graded (true/false, single choice, MCQ, matching), six open and graded by a person (essay, spreadsheet, diagram, code, oral, file upload), three of them in beta — plus the section/exercise structure, random draws from banks, MCQ scoring including discordance marking, and four import routes: an AI-assisted import that takes Word, PDF, Excel and image documents, alongside the structured Excel template, a text syntax and Moodle XML. - [Distribute exams](https://evalmee.com/fr/produit/diffusion-partage/): exam sessions and their opening and closing times, the four ways of enrolling participants, groups, e-mail invitations, the self-enrolment link, time accommodations, and the recommended hardware and browsers. - [Proctor exams](https://evalmee.com/fr/produit/surveillance-proctoring/): clipboard and second-screen detection, a fraud risk score, integrity reports, the live monitoring table and its screen-exit counters, webcam and microphone recording, event-triggered screenshots, examiner-run identity verification, an optional Mac and Windows desktop app, offline operation, papers loaded only when the exam opens, three-month retention, and an explicit statement that Evalmee uses no facial recognition and no biometrics. - [Grade exams](https://evalmee.com/fr/produit/correction-ia/): deterministic grading of the four closed question types, the six-step AI-assisted workflow for written answers (locked rubric, generated suggestions, explicit approval), blind marking, question-by-question marking, splitting questions between graders, grade recalculation, and Turnitin under the customer's own licence. - [Analyse results](https://evalmee.com/fr/produit/analyse-reporting/): minimum, average and maximum grade, per-question response counts and success rates, answer distribution per choice, the four Excel and PDF exports, grade recalculation, and the public API. ## Authors - [Dorian Becker](https://evalmee.com/fr/authors/dorian-becker/): Co-founder & CTO @Evalmee - [Florian Barral](https://evalmee.com/fr/authors/florian-barral/): Co-founder & CEO @Evalmee - [Julien Maslard](https://evalmee.com/fr/authors/julien-maslard/): Sales Manager @Evalmee ## Key figures - 400K+ — Assessments completed (April 2026) - France — Hosting and backups - 100% — GDPR compliant - 10x — Faster grading Institutions whose logos appear on the site: CentraleSupélec, EDHEC, EFAP, ESCAET, HETIC, ESI, CESI Cert. ## Elsewhere - [Application](https://app.evalmee.com/): sign in, or start the free trial. - [Help centre](https://help.evalmee.com/): user guides and troubleshooting. - [API documentation](https://developers.evalmee.com/): REST API and MCP server. - [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/evalmee): company updates. - Email: contact@evalmee.com — FD EDU, 3 rue Joliot-Curie, 91190 Gif-sur-Yvette, France.
