### Four challenges of a training provider

An entry test photocopied, marked by hand, then filed away. Before the audit, someone has to find it course by course and show that it was used to adapt the programme.

A round-table at the end of a session, or a satisfaction questionnaire, does not measure what the learner has learnt. An auditor, like a corporate client, asks for an assessment tied to the objectives of the course.

Papers, grades and dates live in three places. Someone gathers them before the audit, and if a trainer has left with their files, the trace is missing.

### What an audit asks for, what Evalmee produces

Quality frameworks for training providers, and the corporate clients who buy your courses, ask the same two questions: how you place each participant on entry, and how you measure what they have learnt during and at the end of the course. The wordings below are ours, not your framework's: the text that applies to you is what counts, and your certifying body or your client remains the only judge. No accreditation requires software. It requires a written procedure, applied, and a trace of that application. Evalmee provides the trace; the procedure, and the decision to adapt the programme, stay yours.

What the table calls an outcome is what a learner can do, measured by a question they got right or wrong. ### What Evalmee does not do

Evalmee is not a training-management system. It handles neither agreements and quotes, nor attendance sheets, nor invoicing, nor activity returns. It does not replace the training-management software you use: it sits alongside it.

Moving from one to the other is done by file. Grades come out of Evalmee as Excel, papers as PDF, and you attach them to the session file in your management software. If your team wants to automate the exchange, the REST API returns the results participant by participant.

Evalmee does not judge compliance either. A test taken is evidence only if your procedure provides for that test and for what you do with its result. And if your organisation mainly assesses gestures at the workstation or oral practice in real time, a written test online covers only part of the need.

### What Evalmee changes for a training provider
